Each Retained Search Mandate is handled personally by the Head Recruitment to ensure the best possible talent is spotted, networked and shown the opportunity in the most professional manner. The involvement of the seasoned recruiter in each Retained Search mandate is what clients value the most, given the fact that lack of depth of the contact person from the search firm jeopardizes the prospects of getting a top talent to the client.  The in-depth industry experience of the promoter ensures that Corporate Spectrum works truly as an extension of client HR.  

Once the Retained Search mandate is awarded to Corporate Spectrum, we conduct a thorough mapping of the relevant industries to ensure every high profile talent is spotted. We then establish contacts with these top talents and personally interview each candidate and handle all questions.  

In addition, all mid to senior level Retained searches are backed by researched and validated psychometric assessment in addition to recruiter’s own assessment. These psychometric tools can be chosen based on Client’s comfort level with a particular tool, in case client does not wish to use the Corporate Spectrum approved tool.
